•Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.
❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste.

•Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.
🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.

🌴 Unexpected Events

• Tulum is a developing city; occasional power or water outages may occur, which are beyond our control.
⛈️ In cases of emergencies or storms, staff may enter the villa for safety reasons.
🌊 Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon.

🚫 External vendors are not allowed
For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa.

Please note that sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and beach conditions may vary daily depending on weather, wind, and ocean currents, all of which are beyond our control.

For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or reservation modifications related to the presence of sargassum will not be applicable.
