Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM (no early/late options—turnaround time needed) Pool maintenance: daily, 9 AM–12 PM. Jungle setting means mosquitoes—repellent recommended. Internet connectivity may vary; electricity outages are rare but outside our control. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–9:00 AM. No smoking inside—$250 cleaning fee if detected. No parties or events allowed. Only registered guests allowed; external vendors require pre-approval. Respect the environment: turn off lights, close windows/blinds. Booking beyond base occupancy (8 guests) incurs additional charges. Overstays: $50 USD per hour if not authorized. Your safety is priority; host not liable for accidents/injuries.
