•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.
• In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.
•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather

•Purified Water:
We recommend purchasing and consuming only purified water for drinking, as the water in the region is not suitable for drinking or filtered for consumption..
